So essentially this is a 50% off fee sale. Let’s say you make $1000 in Mastercard payments this week (at a cost of 2.5% = $25), on November 1st you will be able to make $1000 in payments using any credit card for NO Fee.
This offer could come in handy if you need help meeting the minimum spending requirement on a new credit card (especially if you got in on the 60,000 Thank You Point offer with Citi Premier Mastercard before the links were pulled).
